Maria Singh, formally known as Maria McDevitt has worked within highly regarded advertising agencies for the last twelve years. During this time she has been an assistant within the creative department helping to source creative stimulus. While assisting within the creative department Maria discovered a passion for photography and illustration, which allowed her to begin a career as an Art Buyer. This passion for photography and illustration is something that comes naturally for Maria, as she is at heart an artist who paints regularly. Her inspiration/style isn’t formulaic but is instinct and passion based; this gives Maria a different perspective.

Until early 2007 Maria was a member of the Art Buying department at TBWA\London and has since been freelancing at many of London’s established creative houses. Some of these agencies are as follows:

There are a number of ways in which to use the many talents Maria has to offer, from consulting, freelance art buying and of course picture research. Maria has worked with and built up an excellent relationship with the photo libraries and knows the many sites very well. Maria is able to work to tight deadlines and difficult briefs.
